Shipping & Delivery


  • Orders placed by 10 am AEST Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day. 
  • Please allow for a minor dispatch delay on launch days and sale days as we work to pick and pack high order volumes.

Orders will be processed and delivered Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays.

Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.


Please know, we are working as fast as we can to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics and bad weather.

If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

Upon finalising your order, there will be a number of delivery options to choose from. We know you’re excited to get your latest Rompr purchase, so we offer you the opportunity to select your preferred method during checkout.

I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?

Confirmation emails can sometimes go into your spam/junk folders so please check this first. If you still do not have this, please email into with your order number and we will be able to assist.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and based on delivery location and weight.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Please email ASAP with your correct address and we will do our absolute best to amend this. Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will get to you in time due to the high volume of orders and requests received daily, especially on launch days.

If your order has already been shipped from our Warehouse, we are now unable to edit your address and it is your responsibility to contact the courier to have this amended on their end. If the wrong address is provided, we are unable to refund your purchase or provide a replacement.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, please click the link in your dispatch email. Make sure to check your junk/spam folders too. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate.

If you still haven’t received this, please contact with your Order Number.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received it!?

If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. You could also check with other members of your household and neighbours to see if they received the package on your behalf as we do see this happen quite often.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, email and we will be happy to assist, however please know we cannot refund a missing but delivered parcel.
