    • The original item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. All tags and packaging must be intact.

    • To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team through romprathleisure@gmail.com. Please provide them with your personal details including name, address and best contact method as well as the order details, including the order number and item you wish to exchange.
    • Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process, providing instructions on returning the item and selecting the desired size.
    • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is no longer in stock, we will offer a refund or store credit as an alternative, as per your preference.
  4. Shipping and Handling:
    • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.
  5. Final Sale Items:
    • Please note that items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for exchange or return.
  6. Condition of the Exchanged Item:
    • The exchanged item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
    • If the returned item shows any signs of wear, damage, or alteration, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

Sale Items (marked down by 40% off or more from original pricing) are not eligible for return or exchange.

I received a faulty/wrong item, what should I do?

Please email our Team, with photos of the faulty item. From there we will be able to provide you next steps.
